NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the 26th Annual General Meeting of Nationwide Express Courier Services Berhad will be held at Kelab Shah Alam, Jalan Akuatik, Seksyen 13, 40100 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Wednesday, 26th September 2012 at 10.00 a.m. The Company shall be requesting Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd to issue a Record of Depositors as at 20th September 2012 ("General Meeting Record of Depositors") and only a Depositor whose name appears in the General Meeting Record of Depositors shall be regarded as a member entitled to attend, speak and vote at the 26th Annual General Meeting. This announcement is dated 13th September 2012.

The Board of Directors of Nationwide Express Courier Services Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that at the 26th Annual General Meeting ("26th AGM") of the Company held today, 26th September 2012, the shareholders of the Company had approved and passed all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 26th AGM thereof dated 4th September 2012.
