NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the 28th Annual General Meeting of Nationwide Express Courier Services Berhad will be held at Nationwide Express Courier Services Berhad, Lot 6 & 7, Jalan Utas 15/7, Section 15, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Monday,15th September 2014 at 3.00 p.m. The Company shall be requesting Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd to issue Record of Depositors as at 8th September 2014 ("General Meeting Record of Depositors")and only a Depositor whose name appears in the General Meeting Record of Depositors shall be regarded as a member entitled to attend, speak and vote at the 28th Annual General Meeting. This announcement is dated 25th August 2014.
