mywb When Axreit issue new share,it will dillute the earning and dividend, better avoid axreit for now until earning stable. Property market doesn't look good.

mhling If you are looking solely for income, ytlreit is a great choice. But if you are looking for total return, you should seriously consider axreit. I like the way the management works.

Wai Lock Ng Sunreit is retail reit. And as a subsidiary of Sunway Berhad, more and more property will be injected into Sunreit. As i know, velocity not injected now and Sunway is expanding their medical sector, we could expect more medical center will be injected into Sunreit at the future.

Axreit mainly involved in industrial and office property. Axreit can be considered as an aggressive reit for me. They are always busy on expanding their portfolio.

Both reits look good for me because i prefer a reit that keep expanding their portfolio and i think they see China 一带一路 as a opportunity if u check with their portfolio. Once our infrastructure projects completed, hopefully it may benefit to their property.

Tay Boon Yong Guys, 1 more questions, as BNM raised the interest by 25 basis points recently, I was wonder will this affect the dividend for REIT sectors? higher interest rate may caused them hard to purchase new property to expand their business. Any idea?

mhling No because the ex-datr is 6th Feb. Ex here means expire. You have to buy before it expires not on the day it expires. So, sorry, no dividend.

Given the completion of the 1st placement tranche which resulted in gearing levels of 29% after the use of the proceeds raised from the 1st placement tranche and 33% as at 31 December 2017, Axis-REIT has no intention of issuing the remaining tranche of the Placement and therefore, the Placement is deemed completed on the day ending 6 months from the date of Bursa Securities’ approval for the listing of the new Units pursuant to the Placement, being the deadline for the implementation of the Placement, since no extension of time was sought from Bursa Securities.
