Its direct subsidiaries are Eastern Biscuit Factory Sdn. Bhd., Austral Amalgamated Berhad, FBO Land (Setapak) Sdn. Bhd., Discover Orient Holidays Sdn. Bhd., FBO Properties Sdn. Bhd., FBO Technologies Sdn. Bhd. and Perfect Diamond Capital Sdn. Bhd. In addition, the Company also has nine indirect subsidiaries.
