Destini Berhad, formerly Satang Holdings Berhad, is an investment holding company. It operates in two segments: maintenance, repair and overhaul of aviation and safety equipment and construction works. Through its direct subsidiary, Satang Jaya Sdn. Bhd, the Company is engaged in distribution and supply of defense and commercial aviation and marine consultant to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). In addition, through its indirect subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in supplying and distribution of environment products, maintenance, repairs and overhaul of aviation electronics and safety equipment and electro-mechanical related accessories, and providing training and seminar in respect of Environmental Management System and other related services. Its indirect subsidiaries include Satang Dagangan Sdn. Bhd, Satang Mechatronic Sdn. Bhd., Satang Sar Services Sdn. Bhd., Satang GSE Services Sdn. Bhd. and Satang Environmental Sdn. Bhd., among others.

（吉隆坡22日讯）马交所发表文告宣布，Destini（Destini，7212，主板贸服股）正式脱离PN17行列。

文告显示，Destini已完成业务重整，已经没有抵触任何上市公司条例，正式宣告脱离PN17行列。

截至目前，共有23家公司为PN17公司，占马交所上市公司的2.52%。

Destini公布截至3月31日首季业绩，净利和营业额分别报241万1000令吉和1633万8000令吉，较上财年同期的143万6000令吉和838万令吉，大增67.9%和94.96%。
