AK2899, i hope i am not who you refer to from pasar malam. i ever made 500k from hektar after 8 years invested... i bought the right at 8 sen and sold at 12 sen for a profit of 50% nett gain 20000 in 5 days. why i sold and not taking up, it is due to the financial condition of Hektar may not be so good , using the right issue money to pay fantastic never happened high dividend, That itself sound weird, let see after the EX- date.

The main reason I keep this stock because of good quarterly dividend payout.
I satisfied with the performance and will keep this for long term investment

investabc @AK2899 the aquisition of 1segamat was completed on september 18. The new full rental income should be included in 2017Q4 . 1segamat generates revenue over 12 million a year.

Yippy68 Hektar my favorite for around 7 to 8 years, when it hit highest at 1.67', I cleared all and made a very good profit both on dividend and capital gain. Thank hektar management for good job but unfortunately, business on retailing is no more that lucrative and too many malls set up. Soon all will face tough time, my 2 cents.

idunwork 1segamat has been generating 12m and earning around 6m per year with the previous owner. I think Hektar management can do better than that.
