calvintaneng HMMM? Should I phone Mr Lee of Sitiawan, Perak and tell him to buy MHC Plantation because it is so undervalue? Should I or shouldn't I? Last time I called him and told him about PERAK CORP When It Was 60 cents. Mr Lee then called his Stock Brokers & Remisiers in Manjung & Perak for their opinions. Those Perak Remisiers poured cold water on Mr Lee. Told him they saw nothing good in Perak Corp. So Mr. Lee missed Perak Corp by listening to wrong advise. In 6 short years Perak Corp POWERED Up from 40 cents (Lowest) to Almost Rm4.00 (Up nearly 1,000%!!) Will MHC Plant also go up 1,000% 1,000%? Really? Wait & SEE then.

Rich in asset but poor in managing?

Tell you a secret

Last time Tomypak was 40 cts with NTA over Rm1.00

After Daibochi surged in price Tomypak was sti;; languishing.

So both in similar industry one goes up in price while Tomypak stagnates. How can? Bad management?

Actually, this is what happened.

Tomypak Boss was nibbling and nibbling and nibbling Tomypak shares very quietly. At 40 cts when no one noticed he loaded up more and more.

Then?

Then one day Tomypak suddenly declared a 4 cts dividend!

WOW! Then Tomypak was chased over Rm4.00 and split (Up 1,000%)

NOW YOU KNOW THE SECRET
02/05/2016 23:04
red_85 nice research..in fact this is really an undervalue stock, just that too low volume. based on last 1-2 years price, ,current price 90sen should be the cheapest you can get, as this is the support price by the boss and mgmt...
maybe el-nino will shoot this stock up..i will buy some tmr..thanks

TheContrarian Two months ago I did a study of this counter when price was around 83 sen. They own Cepat Wawasan, another plantation counter in Sabah. The two directors who are related paid themselves remuneration of RM1.5 million EACH annually, so they are not bothered to enhance share value. I decided not to buy.

Calvin replies,

This same objection happened when I bought Malton at only 30 cts. It was said that Malton Director paid himself millions but giving peanuts to share holders. So what? I SAW Pavilion being built in former BBGS Girls School in Bkt Bintang & Malton was selling at 70% discount NTA of over Rm1.00. So I bought lots of Malton at its lowest!

Malton later doubled in price. And when Malton crossed Rm1.00 the whole investing world went gaga over Malton because of Pavilion 2 in Bukit Jalil. By then just like RceCap - Malton is no longer cheap.

So like Malton at 30 cts I am looking forward to buy even more MHC Plant on weakness. MHC Plant Directors have been accumulating shares from 85 cts to 90 cts. Anything price below that I consider a bargain in view of its high QUALITY NTA and future potential.

TheContrarian MHC has not gone above 81 sen for the past four weeks. And when was Malton at 30 sen? How many years ago? I bought Public Bank at 80 sen. Look how much is it right now!
13/08/2016 10:14
TheContrarian And I sold Malton at RM1.16 last year.
13/08/2016 10:15
TheContrarian Long, long time ago I made a mistake buying into MP Corp ending up with average cost of 44 sen. Then one "smart" fellow from Singapore started saying MP Corp way way undervalued. I managed to sell out all at 49 sen making 10% gain. I'm grateful to that fellow. Look at how much MP Corp is today.

calvintaneng Moneysifu missed RCECAP as he was ignorant.

So many will also miss MHC Plant for the same reason.

Another piece of good news

Plantation lands have been increasing in value

And MHC has lots of valuable lands

TheContrarian The risk is that the major shareholders might decide to take it private at 80 sen just like Kbunai was been taken private at 5 sen.
13/08/2016 13:10
calvintaneng If buy at 80 cts and if share taken private risk is really nothing much. Real risk is buying shares like transmile, saag, megan media which can go bankrupt and delisted.

As for kbunai there is still hope if all hold tight and refuse to let go at unfair privatisation.

Of all value shares taken private

Super enterprize up 200%

Kulim up 60%

Tmakmur up 30%

Only kbunai is a negative 5% of now.

So diversify into a basket of value shares.

Investing in undervalue shares in a diversified basket is the way to go.

calvintaneng After buying Malton at 30 cts I told my Johor Sifu to buy some. He didn't follow me like he did with these - He bought Ajinomoto when I recommended it to him at around Rm2.60.

One day in OSK Johor my Sifu shouted, "WOW! Malton shot past 60 cts!!"

That was then.

I expect some future day people will shout "MHC" is moving now!

Just like many did with RCECAP's Surprise Surge

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Before leaving for Iskandar, I want to share with you a story.

One morning, Johnny the student, walked to School. As he walked by a flowering bush he saw a bumble bee in a flower. So Johnny caught the bee, put it into a match box and placed it in his trouser's pocket.

In Class while the Teacher was giving her lessons, the bumble escaped out of the box but still wriggling in Johnny's pocket. At that Johnny felt very uneasy and restless.

The Teacher noticed Johnny and said, "Johnny, Sit Still". For a while Johnny tried to sit still, but the bee stung Johnny. And poor Johnny now could not sit still. The Teacher again blurted out, "Johnny, "Didn't I Tell You To Sit Still?"

At that Johnny replied, "I KNOW TEACHER, BUT THERE IS SOMETHING DOWN HERE THAT YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT!!!"

All good people are reasonable. If you find someone unreasonable, there must be something wrong with him that we don't know.

In simple maths we know that one plus one equals to two. If someone were to dispute 1+1 = 2.

and say differently, then there is really nothing further to talk about.

TheContrarian Angielim, even if a counter is considered undervalued there's no guarantee you will make a handsome profit because some major shareholders don't treat the minorities fairly. You have seen for yourself what is happening to Mulpha and also the China red chips counters. In MHC's case if I had bought two months ago @ 83 sen I would be stuck with a paper loss of 3 sen. Instead I used my cash to buy MBSB at 72 sen, then at 69 sen, so now I have paper gain of a few thousand ringgit. We are not rich people with unlimited cash, we can't buy every undervalued counters. We must be very selective and pick the ones that give better returns.
