Sdrg While Parkson has decided to leave Sungai Wang, the impact on net profit is minimal. Further more, in the worst case scenario even If Parkson was to discontinue their tenancy on the other 2 malls in the CMMT portfolio, the decrease in revenue would only account for approximately 4.5% of total revenue. This figure is from the 2017 annual report. Do the math. Overall rental income is still decent. Panic selling is unwarranted as this share is undervalued.

warchest 61% of the profit comes from Gurney and East Coast Mall, remaining Sungai Wang, Tropicana City Mall, Mines. Even Sungai Wang left, not much impact on CMMT. Maybe overall few millions lost in profitablity per year

warchest anyway, I prefer the Company to improve on the marketing plan for the existing malls. Stop buying new malls as from the last 2 acquisitions, they were bad ones. Sungai Wang & Tropicana City Mall doing badly in my opinion.

Based on their reputation and expertise in managing REITS, CMMT will surely turn their fortune around sooner than later. At current share price level, who has intention to have exposure in property rental for stable distribution income should invest immediately because at 1.07 it is very attractive. Remember be greedy when others are fearful.

Godevil Sg Wang NPI is only 6.9% for FY 2017, Gurney Plaza is 44%, there is a concentration risk.
