Miss Wong Wai Tzing started her legal career in 1991 after working as a qualified company secretary for many years and was made a partner of Cheang & Ariff in 1996. In 1999, she left Cheang & Ariff and co-founded the legal firm known as Tay & Helen Wong. She has had a distinguished career in business, government, academia and law and has been actively involved in corporate and commercial work since 1991 covering, inter alia, mergers and acquisitions, take-overs, initial public offerings, joint ventures, collaborations and franchising arrangements. On 31 December 2022, Helen Wong retired as a partner of Tay & Helen Wong and is now practising as a Consultant. Currently, Helen Wong is also the Independent Non-Executive Chairperson of HLT Global Berhad.
