The experience and exposure gathered in the 4 different ministries and from the participation in the international and regional conferences, conventions and meetings were indeed invaluable for his career and personal development. Currently he is a Director of Altco Resources Sdn. Bhd., a training company which specializes in conducting training programmes for team building, motivation & creativity and the MBTI programme and also Director of Syarikat Pembenaan Fajar Baru (Rembau) Sdn. Bhd., a construction company and a wholly own subsidiary of Fajar Baru Capital Bhd.
