Working Experience
Woo Wai Mun joined his family business in the Tin Mining Industry and had since expanded his business interest to include that of property investment, property development, manufacturing and financial management of corporate entities. Over the years, he has garnered knowledge and experience in property investment through the ownership of various commercial properties in the Klang Valley and property development with the completion of a redevelopment project known as Emerald Square, Rawang in 2011 which comprised of 98 units of shop offices located in the Rawang Integrated Industrial Park, Rawang, Selangor with a gross development value of approximately RM140 million. For the said development project, Woo Wai Muns role involved that of project management and ensuring the timely completion of the development project as well as acting as the liaison with the relevant authorities, project consultants, sub-contractors and appointed external marketing agents.
