Prof. Dr. Mohd Isa bin Mohd Samat started his career as the Malaysian Representative to the IAEA, Vienna as a Liaison Officer to International Nuclear Information System ("INIS"). He has served as an IT consultant to Islamic Research Centre (JAKIM), Komputamasa Sdn Bhd, Keroja Johor, Unit Perancang Ekonomi Perlis and Nikah, Cerai and Rujuk ("NCR") Information Systems for Majlis Agama Sabah ("MUIS"). He has been in the education profession lecturing in MBA and EMBA since 1983 in UiTM.
