1. Ken Holdings Berhad ("KHB")(2004-Current) He joined KHB in 18 October 2004 as Special Assistant to Group Managing Director. On 24 February 2006, he was appointed as an Executive Director of KHB. He currently handles and heads the property development, property management and community affairs division of KHB Group. 2. Arup Consulting Engineers London, UK (2002-2004) He has over 3 years management and technical experience in the engineering/ construction industry and has worked as an Engineer in Arup Consulting Engineers London assigned to its Infrastructure Division, London, UK. At Arup, he was seconded to Rail Link Engineering for the Channel Tunnel Rail Link Project and has worked on the heavy civil design of a rail link connection from the future Stratford International Station. He played a major role in the management and delivery of Deeds of Settlement on behalf of the consortium's client, Union Railways, to key stakeholders of the 10km Tunnels under urban London. 3. Parkman Consulting Engineers Ltd, London, UK (2001-2002) He was the project manager for a 500,000 Traffic and Transportation scheme at a major road junction next to Waterloo Station. He led a team of 4 in preparing the proposals for the clients and public consultations on the client's behalf. He worked on the London Cycle Network and the London Bus Initiative as part of the transport programme for the Mayor of London.
