I think more important is that the earnings growth is still strong, which also translates into increasing dividends. This year's dividend more than doubled last years, so you can do your own calculation as to how much the dividend will be in a few years time

When I first bought rcecap years ago, there were many naysayers who were complaining about its high debt too, saying that govt servants would quit their jobs and the loans would go bad. But in the end the strong cashflow proved them wrong and I'm now enjoying 5 figure dividends twice a year.

Yes I like good counters with solid fundamentals and growth. As KGB is in the growth phase, naturally their receivables would be high. Future qr's will show whether their cashflow is solid. At this stage its way too soon to dismiss them as a failed co with uncollectable debts

No point arguing with this fella, he has a warped understanding of cashflow and receivables. But his badmouthing has some benefits, the share price hasn't skyrocketed yet. Otherwise I believe it would be at least 30-40% higher than current price

fair price is subjective and depends a lot on future earnings, they may have a great FY 2024 and pay out huge dividends and fair price can be upped higher
