Oil & Gas price changes do not influence H share price 100%. There’re underlying terms that benefitted few, that explain why Balance Sheet doesn’t improve even O/G price went up so much. If this Respol deal is so great, why no significant increase of insider stock holdings? Why lacking of institutional buyers? Be smart as I don’t trust H.

Reminder again! Shares dilution with CRPS taking place. Only benefit the big players. Probably they sell now at higher price to accumulate cash to buy at discount. 0.62 ~ 0.58 is a good range to start buying.

Try explain why the stock price is what it’s today, or for the past 1 year? 15 more days before Q122 ends which will be a good qtr because stable oil price. And as forecasted, oil price will surely stable for the rest of 2021 and prediction of a better 2022.

They’re selling their shares now to accumulate cash to buy back at 30% discount. Only clowns are buying the shares now.

Jojoba, Kahheong and I shared the same promising data and news about Hibiscus. Only jojoba is in denial. He/she cannot answer for the poor stock price also.

I’m queuing to sell at 0.65. In between 1.2million shares now! I’ll be back when price drop to ~0.6 or less.

1. Major dilution is going to happen. This will only benefit the major holders. Buying price is 0.48.
2. Oil average at $73/barrel not positively influencing the stock price today.
3. Dependent on successful execution of MnA.

I bought H shares last year and sold off all when CRPS/dilutions started. I bought H shares again before repsol acquisition announcement. It’s deja vu. I’ll sell all shares again this week and come back after 6 months. The stock price will be either be the same or lower.

For past few months, stock price dropped because of real tangible bad news. The only good news are from the Directors. They talked only but no tangible facts. This is disturbing trend for such an established company.

@Kahheong: I agree with you. This is the only reason I can think of that is causing the current stock price. In 21 days, Q121 will end and another RM50MM NP. But that doesn’t mean anything if shares continue to get diluted. The announcement is a surprise and disappointing.

Who are those operators selling at cheap price? Many favourable reports already published. Oil and Gas price is stable for the year. Upbeat acquisition closing in few months time.

Already near to 2 months. About time Management say something to update investors on the asset purchase status. To investors, silence means something is wrong!
