How can the infrastructure spending being classify as purely debt? without mention assets leh?
It should be part of the GDP, right?
In the balance sheet, one entry is asset/investments
another entry is non-current debt?
As well as an investment assets that will generating future cashflows, then is good,
which will eventually pay off the debt,
provided managed well, will turn into profit, right?
