I am just relating my Kanger journey here. Sold off all 2 yrs ago.

They started by announcing they got the Sinovac deal. Prices go up. When prices cooled, they make another news, They donated vaccine to Sabah, price go up and when it is down, they make news again, They are now making gloves with land in Ijok with Middle East buyer. After that, they got a deal with Chinese state government giving them free bamboo material. Got long term lease with Autocity and ...all to prop up prices. Then they got out of China, they start their foray into construction management.....All these gave investors hope...and hope to make money. It is just a show to stir interest. I only have myself to blame...I was greedy and hopeful, just that hope never come. My mistake.

That time was even before Steven Kuah came into the picture. We were caught unaware when Wu started to dump his ESOS shares. And they played ding dong....up and down 0.5sen to 1.0 sen. Then later when the Chinese MD sold off all his shares, it was time to get out. Bought at 17.5, sold at 15.5. After that it went all the way to 4 sen, I was saying blessing that I lost a bit, not all. That too was RM 30k in damages. That's life.

Hope analysis. Sometimes win, sometime lose. Last time, I hope. I lost. So no more hope. LOL

PN 17 means whatever they need to restructure or do, m&a, they need to submit to authority for approvals. No banks is going to lend money to a financially teruk company. This means take long time for things to happen.

Vaccine safety is life at stake. Expired means expired. Rich people or poor people, life has same value. Directors can still sleep at night if public company close down but families might lose their children, father, mother or relatives if these vaccine have problems. Where is the morals?

The story about Sinovac...Kanger was the first to sign letter with Sinovac China distributor early on. But they are not in medical distribution. So they roped in Zueligg to help them. However all their applications to get it approved was in cold storage. Having said that, Kanger was also trying to project the contract and hope to boost up their share prices, but turn out they failed miserably. KJ then came into the picture, evaluated and suddenly the rights to import was given to Pharmaniaga. The rest is history.

Yes, the late MD Richard Wong run this company very well in the past. Now it is all in deep shit.

@MZM2511 One no need to buy assets wholly by cash. It can be part cash, part in lieu of cash using shares. Most probably that's how Miss Chai became a shareholder. Then again, valuation of the transacted shares become an interesting subject, at what is the actual cost.

It is like sugar cane juice first pass through rollers....no more juice and dried up, soak in water and do second pass in rollers....when is the 3rd soak in water?

The founder is not there to drive the company. The family sold off all the shares. Interesting to see who is the new shareholder.

After all these, what assets does Kanger really have left? Or is it going through asset stripping exercise? Or it is finding it difficult to get loans to finance its Sung Master and construction projects? Surely if it is as profitable as it is, banks are willing to lend. Why sell assets to finance these projects?

Kanger sold Hotel and Expo building in China. The present factories were built on State land in a JV with local Government or on own land?

Bankers also don't want CCC junk bonds, matter of time suppliers also sue for payments to protect their interests.

If anyone here remembered last year when PP was done at 0.155. Many caught, cut loss until no tomorrow. Same thing happened. After exercise, price just fell like stone.

Unless you are in the building construction industry, you see things very differently.

Wholesalers are required to apply for a Wholesaler’s Licence in order to sell by wholesale or supply registered products from their premises.

MZM2511...Category A is for Poisons. It cover all drugs including vaccine. Licensed Wholesaler and Licensed Importer is different. One is to distribute locally while the other is the Import Permit to bring into the country.

So is Kanger Licensed Importer of vaccine?

According to the Controls of Drugs and Cosmetics Regulations 1984, any company that want to manufacture, import or wholesale any registered products need to have Manufacturer’s Licence, Import Licence or Wholesale Licence. Licensing & Certification Section is involved in the activity of issuance of Licence. ( Source: NPRA - Ministry of Health Malaysia)

Question: Does Kanger has any of the above, taking note it is not involved in this pharmaceutical industry. It has no experience nor track record.

As to the donation from UAE, the route to procure these free vaccines must go through the licensed companies as per NPRA. As far as Hayat is concerned, though it is Sinopharm manufactured under licence, it is still subjected to be audited and approved before it can be brought in. The name can be the same but the plant is different, the QC and formulation must be certified just in case of any deviation.

KUALA LUMPUR: Duopharma Biotech Bhd’s unit is distributing the Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccine following the arrival of a shipment as the company contributes to the vaccination efforts in Malaysia.

The company said on Friday its unit Duopharma (M) Sdn Bhd is the product registration holder approved to sell and distribute the vaccine.

I follow this Kanger since last year August. I did not want to comment when RI was called. My tots now are the trends and strategies of directors almost same. They will announce projects to create excitement. Whether real deals or just MOU remain to be seen. But they will try to stir up the prices every time and because Kanger got so much of floating shares, small time investors will dump at every opportunity. It will be very difficult get gains of even 2 sen support.

Terrible construction. Stay far away.

This company has not much land left to do projects. Their Puteri Harbour project got so many defects, owners started to sue them. Goreng goreng over last few weeks.

Hello guys, my 2 sen here.....I think the biggest challenge in this huge ship is there's no single or group of shareholders large enough to influence the prices. Every time there's any effort to pull up the price, the small timers will throw.

August 2020 - 0.33 sen.
August 2021 - 0.045 sen

Is this is good time to buy enbloc and sell at a profit when market sentiments is down?
