VIZIONE (7070) VIZIONE控股 - 马股的其中一个期待股 - 稳固控股 - 一路往北

稳固控股（VIZIONE，7070，主板建筑股）在这之前的季度报告都是不堪入目，差强人意。就算YoY有成长，也只不过是微不足道，可有可无之谈。

一路往北这次要谈谈稳固控股是因为 Wira Syukur Sdn Bhd 的二点八亿注入稳固控股。这二点八亿的注入将由现金和股票方式交易达成。Wira Syukur Sdn Bhd 是一家建筑公司，而且和政府的关系良好。目前拥有约三十亿合约在手，如果稳固控股能够依时完成合约，肯定可为稳固控股带来可观的收入和美丽的季度报告，增加投资者的信心。

一家拥有这么丰厚的合约公司为何会注入稳固控股？一路往北自己的猜想的“故事情节”可能如此。此“故事情节”纯粹一路往北个人猜测而已，如有类同纯属巧合。

Wira Syukur Sdn Bhd 不是上市公司，可是近来不知为何突然想要上市。但若要上市，必须通过申请和时间的等待。巧缘之下，两间公司的管理层拥有良好的关系，加上可能可以互补某方面的不足之处，所以一拍即合。注入稳固控股可以获得现金和稳固控股的股份，可以说是合情合理合法。



稳固控股有了Wira Syukur Sdn Bhd 的注入，犹如“要灭的火炭遇到风”，此时此刻不断的风往火炭的方向吹去，火炭自然而然也要适当的增加火炭的数量以确保火焰会继续猛烈。从刚刚过去的第二季度业绩报告已经看得出来稳固控股已经脱胎换骨了。可是为什么股价还是介于 0.16 至 0.17 ？因为还有一笔大的私下配股。目前私下配股还没有完成，私下配股的价格也还未定。一般市场认为私下配股价格会介于 0.16 至 0.17 之间。

一路往北觉得市场谨慎看待私下配股价格和基金的接受度才作出反应。毕竟这私下配股会冲淡公司的盈利。如果接下来的成长陆陆续续有所进步，相信公司的盈利还是可观的，股价肯定会上涨。

一些风险接受度高的投资者相信已经开始买入，等待私下配股完成后可能会有更高的回酬。风险接受度低的投资者就不鼓励买入，毕竟还不知道市场和基金的接受度和反应如何。

可以说注入，可以说加盟，也可以说倒置收购。最终，两家公司变成一家。

看到稳固控股和 Wira Syukur Sdn Bhd 的关系，一路往北想到 INARI and AMERTRON 的关系。这个个案犹如 Broadcom 小吃大的做法，各取所需，互补不足！犹如一加一大于三！

另一个成功的例子是 KERJAYA。KERJAYA 也是倒置收购的个案。私下配股之后股价继续往北走！

I bought GKENT since year 2016. Profit from GKENT more than 500%. Now i looking good at JOHAN. JOHAN have dispose all loss making business and focus on property business. So, the worst is over for JOHAN.

The future of a company is depend on the high management and shareholder of company. Tan Sri Tan Kay Hock is political well connected businessman. His track record on GKENT is so excellent.

Now Tan Sri Tan hold higher stakes of JOHAN than before (from 36% to 56%). This should give us confidence to invest. He is insider of company, he know something we dun know. When he increase his stakes, this show JOHAN is undervalued or JOHAN will perform better in future.
