Directors dissecting the company and acquiring it super cheap before privatizing it at an even cheaper price. They issue out CRG which had 8.5 sens NTA out of Bonia and placed it under LEAP market and now acquiring it at 2 sens!! Shareholding increased from 1% to 5% in just about a month. Very sneaky.

Yes, please keep your share. There is a reason why they have put this share under LEAP market where very limited people can trade in this share. Its so thinly traded. 8.5 sens in terms of NTA taken out from Bonia and the Director DATO SRI CHIANG FONG YEE is slowly accumulating is at 2sens!!!!

Shareholding increased from 1.053% direct interest to 5.133% to-date. Very sneaky way to acquire back shareholding at cheap price. Issue it out to the LEAP market taking it out at 8.5 sens and buying it a 2 sens, almost at 80% discount.

Wish all those queuing at 2.5 sens upto 8.0 sens will increase their sell price to nothing below 8.5 sens!

Just my opinion though, the share price is being driven up banking on the improving profitability of Padini over the last 1-2 years. But for this quarter, results will not be so great as historically Q1 (Jul-Sep) is seasonally Padini's low season. Plus Raya also came early in end of June.
Bet once the results come out, prices going to plummet down. Then it will be a good buying opportunity.

Yes, any idea when will the rights shares subscribed be listed? Last date for payment for Rights Shares was 30/3/16 but nowhere it mentioned about the rights and warrants listing date.

Its 16.9% of the par value of RM1, which is 16.9cents/share. Hence, if you have 1000 units, you'll get a dividend of RM169. At 7.16, after ex-date, it will probably drop to RM6.99.

Bursa must have approved the Warrants, Rights and Bonus issue....
