Interesting. From the 2023 report, knm still has a lot of properties worth millions.
With the exception of italy which they have just sold off, the rough total value is rm638mil.

Rough calculation
638mil/4045 shares= 0.157c
Properties alone is worth 15 16c for knm shares.
Of course not including debt, cash or IP....
No wonder german guy so interested last time eh?

Looks like they are using the new company act or law to apply for new agreement with creditors n a new RO.

New law does give more new things i am not sure but does again give creditors a vote to approve the debt agreement.
If majority votes ok, then will go thru.
I think last time hard to get all the creditors to agree la. Need all of them.Thats why dingdong so long.

big question. why borrow loans from a high interest rate environment to pay off the existing loan? weird and not feasible.
if borsig is really so good and profitable why does the german billionaire not take over knm privately? no money?
plus why does he not put his money where his mouth say? at least Tengku yaacob buys extra shares with his own money. Where is this german acquiring more shares?

why isnt the johor side or the aspiring management buying any shares in knm as well? if borsig is good why not buy in? even as i read the german side promoters on the info they spew out are also not consistent and not correct. sounds very hasty

looking at the highest price this 1 year is at 30c....i say somebody bought at 30c. now is 20.5c...which means is a 33% portfolio unrealized loss.

and he is already panicking. 33% is not a lot. 50% is. if u are very uncomfortable in this price..just sell n move on.

Too much borsig stories will not help the price. not will it sooth your anxieties. the main reason your are worried is that you do not understand what the future holds for knm. and this negativity is eroding your confidence and you are 2nd guessing the price up n down.

this will kill you sooner or later. markets are ruthless. you will not get a 2nd chance.

the way i see it, it does. with MAA as the major shareholder and the Lee taking a back seat, things will get better. just needs time.

MAA bought in at 22.7c...meaning knm will never drop below very far. lowest will probably be 19c we saw back a few days ago. it will go back up

thai bond can be easily refinance. knm has assets worth rm900mil over the world.

i have bought in and am keeping. my average is same about same as maa's. i can see knm has a lot of value to maa as a business.

i think tunku like knm assets and are slowly buyinh up shares to gain control. say buy up to 20% at 22 23c. 20% knm shares is about 600mil shares. spend 160mil to control assets worth a billion. cheap

smart investors are normally ppl of few words. and they are definately not short term traders.

plus knm has more than 3bil shares outstanding. its always easy to get an extra 100m shares in the open market

assuming if doing at 32.5mil@40c again still have about 3 times more.

perhaps later PP tranches will be listed at higher prices or remain at 40c

either way listing all PP leftover at 104mil shares will take a while.
