1. YTD 10 May, paper gain around 40%.
2. Top 3 gainers are frontkn-wb. Kgb-wb and YTL
3. Added SCGB-wa due to its plant expansion and growth in the data centre. Registered vendor with TM, TNB, Sabah & Sarawak Electricity
4. Positive with IOI Properties expansion in Singapore and will most likely be listed in Singapore REIT within 2-3 years.
5. Wcehb-wf expressway is progressing well. All sections in Perak are completed. Sections in Selangor mostly 98% - 100% completion except section 3 & 7.
