Issuance of 3,663,100 New Units in CMMT at an issue price of MYR1.0634 per unit as part payment of management fees to CMRM for the 6 months' period from 1 January 2019 to 30 June 2019. The total management fee payable to CMRM for the 6 months' period ended 30 June 2019 amounted to MYR10,858,548.62 of which MYR3,895,341.43 will be satisfied via the issuance of the New Units to CMRM. Based on the 10-day volume weighted average price of CMMT units issued up to and including 28 June 2019 of MYR1.0634, the number of units to be issued to the Manager will be 3,663,100.
