Details
Issuance of 3,177,100 units (the "New Units") in CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust ("CMMT") at an issue price of MYR1.5414 per unit as part payment of management fees to CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. ("CMRM") (as manager of CMMT) for the 6 months' period from 1 July 2016 to 31 December 2016. The total management fee payable to CMRM for the 6 months' period ended 31 December 2016 amounted to MYR12,514,656.75 (inclusive of a goods and services tax of 6.0%) of which MYR 4,897,203.38 will be satisfied via the issuance of the New Units to CMRM. Based on the 10-day volume weighted average price of CMMT units issued up to and including 31 December 2016 of MYR1.5414, the number of units to be issued to the Manager will be 3,177,100.
