Details
Issuance of 3,634,200 units (the "New Units") in CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust ("CMMT") at an issue price of MYR1.0146 per unit as part payment of management fees to CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. ("CMRM") (as manager of CMMT) for the 6 months' period from 1 July 2019 to 31 December 2019. The total management fee payable to CMRM for the 6 months period ended 31 December 2019 amounted to MYR10,742,872.75, of which RM6,038,449.53 is the base fee and RM4,704,423.22 is the performance fee. A total of MYR3,687,259.32 being part of the performance fee will be satisfied via the issuance of the New Units to CMRM. Based on the 10-day volume weighted average price of CMMT units issued up to and including 31 December 2019 of MYR1.0146, the number of units to be issued to the Manager will be 3,634,200.
