Details
Issuance of 2,675,500 units (the "New Units") in CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust ("CMMT") at an issue price of MYR0.8073 per unit as part payment of management fees to CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. ("CMRM") (as manager of CMMT) for the 6 months period from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2020. The total management fee payable to CMRM for the 6 months period ended 30 June 2020 amounted to MYR8,746,813.42, of which RM5,957,574.67 is the base fee and RM2,789,238.75 is the performance fee. A total of MYR2,159,931.15 being part of the performance fee will be satisfied via the issuance of the New Units to CMRM. Based on the 10-day volume weighted average price of CMMT units issued up to and including 30 June 2020 of MYR0.8073, the number of units to be issued to the Manager will be 2,675,500.
