[2019] CIMB is a must short company in KLCI/aka short MYR

Calling ALL institutional investors/PE/Hedge Fund/retailers,

CIMB has a rich history in building Malaysia, while it has been rapidly expanded in ASEANs like Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam, I feel that the expansion period is over based on below facts:
1. The simplest things on life:
CIMBClicks has consistently failed its customers. If one or two mistakes is labelled as mistakes, the consistency failure to get the website function for a company of market-cap ~RM 50b (~USD 12b)  is utmost idiocy. This market cap is rank among the top 5 as of 17-May 2019, is not it ridiculous?

Below is the tabulated results of how long CIMBClicks has failed and failed its customers:

(p/s: You should expected that the date and time must be extended beyond the stated, refer note 1.)
May 18, 12am-
May 19 infinity
May 10, 11pm-
May 11, 9.30am
May 3, 11pm-
May 4, 9am
April 19, 11pm-
April 20, 9am
April 19, 11pm-
April 20, 9am

Note 1

2. The incompetency of CEO

With the stepping down of Nazir Razak as Chairman of CIMB Group, the group is leave in the universe in search of navigation to back to the Earth. Transition of power is always a challenge and opportunity for the group and its customers, but, but based on current situation and group management competency, i firmly believe this company is on track to go back to 2008 GFC performance.

3. Security Breach
The most NO-thing in banking industry is the security breach. By the end of Dec 2018, Malaysians are shocked that CIMBClicks security is breached. Although officially denied  by the group, the mass public has loss initial trust toward this bank. As of May 2019, we are experiencing the decline and slowdown of its CIMBClicks.

kinuxian The downtime is a pretty common for most IB where the system is constantly get feature updates / patches due to various need.

While mass public can't appreciate the real impact of a security breach and the fact is media always over-publicized it.

Besides, is it reasonable to judge someone whom just take over in less than 6 months?
