He graduated from Coventry University, United Kingdom, with a Bachelor of Business Administration BA (Hons) majoring in Marketing Management in 1993

He started his career in Malaysia Renong Berhad in 1993 now known as UEM World Berhad. He was posted to several companies in the Renong Berhad group of companies namely The Cement Industries of Malaysia Berhad (CIMA), a subsidiary of United Engineers Berhad and Pemasaran Simen Negara Sdn Bhd (PSN). Dato’ Khairil Anuar Bin Haji Aziz was then promoted to the Sales Manager position at TIMEDotCom Berhad (TIME) where he was responsible for the telecommunication, broadband and internet business for customers from various sectors.

He left Renong Berhad in 2000 to join Jaring Communication Sdn Bhd (JARING), then Internet Unit of Mimos Berhad as a Senior Manager Head for Sales and Channel Management Division before moving to Atlas One Sdn Bhd as Senior General Manager, Marketing Division. Dato’ Khairil Anuar Bin Haji Aziz was former Chief Executive Officer of Mlabs Group. He is currently attached to SCAN Associates Berhad (SCAN), a listed Mesdaq company at the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as the Director, Sales & Marketing & Business Development Division and International Business.
