Mr Koo Ah Kan was admitted to the New Zealand Bar in 1985. He was in private practice in New Zealand and England for more than 15 years. He was one of the founders of Loo & Koo Solicitors and Notary Public, Auckland, New Zealand. He remains a consultant of Loo & Koo. Since returning to Malaysia in 2001, Mr Koo has been active in the manufacturing sector encompassing precision engineering parts for the auto industry and manufacturing of surface preparation machines for the aerospace industry and general industry. Combining his business and legal skills, Mr Koo has successfully restructured a number of private companies with operations in Asean countries, Hong Kong and China.
