Good knowledge and experience as a class teacher, school senior assistant, school principal, teachers college lecturer , Head of Language Department at the Teacher`s College, Principal of Teacher`s College, Head of Curriculum Unit in the Teacher Education Division, Head of Policy Analysis Unit in the Education Planning and Research Division, and Deputy Director of Schools Division (MOE).

Several top leadership posts at the Federal and State level: Director for the Education Technology Division, Private Education Department MOE , and the State Education Department Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

Oversea posting experience (1995 - 1998): Director of Malaysian Students Department/Senior Consul at The Malaysian Consulate in Sydney, Australia.

Advisor or Subject Matter Expert (SME) to MSCTC, a Consultant Company in Cyberjaya. The Project assignment of MSCTC is to evaluate the Ministry of Education ICT initiatives (Smart Schools, Computer Labs, Teaching and Learning of Mathematics and Science in English, School-Net, and Media Technology) implemented in the Malaysian schools and other education institutions; and ultimately, to recommend an ICT Strategic Plan for implementation by the MOE in the 9th Malaysia Plan.
