Working Experience
Beginning his career as an Accountant in Pesama Timber Corporation Sdn Bhd in 1977, Mr Wong became its General Manager from 1995 to 1999. In 2000, he joined Golden Pharos Bhd as General Manager of its Internal Audit Department and was then appointed as the the company’s General Manager of Sales and Marketing in 2003. He then returned to Pesama Timber Corporation Sdn Bhd as its General Manager from 2004 to 2007. On 24 September 2008, he was appointed to the Board of Golden Pharos Bhd and he was re-designated as the Executive Director of Golden Pharos Berhad and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 17 January 2010.
