Working Experience
Datuk Wira Jalilah Baba retired from the Government service as the Director General and Chief Executive Officer of MIDA (Malaysian Investment Development Authority) in August 2011. She served MIDA for the past 30 years and has acquired knowledge on several specific industries in manufacturing and services such as, palm oil processing and downstream industries; oil and gas, renewable energy, green technology, advanced electronics, media and many others. She was part of the team in developing and implementing the Industrial Master Plan for Malaysia as well as placing Malaysia into the Global Supply Chain. Malaysia's progress to date can be highly correlated with the various strategies employed by MIDA in investment matters.

Currently she is the Chairman of PKT Logistics Group Sdn Bhd, Crewstone International Sdn Bhd and a Member of the International Advisory Panel of Labuan Financial Services Authority. She is also a Board Member of RHB Capital Berhad, KOMARKCorp Berhad and QL Resources Berhad.
