Mr Peter Heinser started his career with Diethelm in Switzerland in 1974. In 1981 he took up the position of Chief Financial Officer of Diethelm Singapore and was subsequently appointed as its Chief Executive Officer from 1989 to 1997. From 1998 to 2001, Mr Heinser was based in Switzerland with overall responsibilities in the South East Asian operations. On 1 April 2001 he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Diethelm Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad. As a result of the merger of Diethelm Keller Services Asia with SiberHegner in Switzerland in 2002, Mr Peter Heinser's functional job title was redesignated to Group Managing Director. Mr Peter Heinser relinquished his functions as Group Managing Director on 6 January 2003 and has been serving the Malaysian Group as an executive director of the Company. Mr Heinser will retire from the Board at the Eleventh Annual General Meeting of the Company on 12 June 2003 and will not seek re-election.
