Working Experience
Mr Wu began his career in 1989 in the audit firm at KPMG Peat Marwick and remained at KPMG for 5 years, after which he left to join the Kuala Lumpur Options and Financial Futures Exchange Bhd as a Senior Surveillance Officer. He subsequently joined Commerce International Merchant Bankers Bhd (“CIMB”) in July 1996 and was attached to the Corporate Finance Division and Debt Markets and Derivatives Division. After 5 years in CIMB, he left to join United Overseas Bank Malaysia Bhd’s Investment Banking Division as Director - Fixed Income & Derivatives in 2001. And in 2007, he joined HwangDBS Investment Bank Bhd as Senior Vice President, Treasury & Markets Division. He left in June 2008 and is currently involved in commodities trading.
