Mr. Chang has over 20 years experience in financial and IT management of cables manufacturing operations. He started his career with Cooper Brothers & Co in 1967 and left in 1971 for other appointments in the timber and cables manufacturing industries. Mr. Chang was attached to Fujikura Federal Cables Sdn Bhd ("FFC") a cable manufacturing subsidiary company of Fujikura Ltd, Japan from 1976 to 1999 when he retired as financial controller and director of FFC.
