He holds a Diploma in Rubber Research Institute in 1992 and is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Management since 1992.

He was appointed to the Board of Directors as the Managing Director on 22 December, 1998 and is overall in charge of managing the Group. He has over 19 years of experience in baby products and condom industries. He has been previously invited to sit in SIRIM's technical committee on standard specifications under the ISO division in mechanical contraceptive in 1990. He also sits on the board for several private limited companies.

He is the son of Dato' Tee How Cut, the executive Chairman of the Company and Datin Teo Beng Ha; the husband of Ms. Lim Kwee Hua and the brother of Ms. Tee Beng Leng and Ms. Lily Tee. They are the substantial shareholders of the Company and Up & Famous Sdn. Bhd., the major shareholder of the Company.

He holds the following interest in the Company :-
i) Direct Shareholdings : 895,388 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each that are held through ABB Nominee (Tempatan) Sdn. Bhd. pledged securities account for Tee Tze Chern;
ii) Indirect Shareholdings: 15,245,750 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each deemed interested through his shareholding in Up & Famous Sdn. Bhd. by virtue of Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965 and 434,542 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each deem interested through his spouse which include 367,500 shares are duly registered in the name of ABB Nominee (Tempatan) Sdn. Bhd. pledged securities account for Lim Kwee Hua;
iii) Direct Warrantholdings: 111,912 warrants of RM1.00 each that are held through ABB Nominee (Tempatan) Sdn. Bhd. pledged securities account for Tee Tze Chern; and
iv) Indirect Warrantholdings: 2,278,250 warrants of RM1.00 each deemed interested through his warrantholding in Up & Famous Sdn. Bhd. by virtue of Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965 and 62,077 warrants of RM1.00 each deem interested through his spouse which include 52,500 warrants are duly registered in the name of ABB Nominee (Tempatan) Sdn. Bhd. pledged securities account for Lim Kwee Hua.
