Mr. Yuen graduated from University Utara Malaysia with a Bachelor of Accountancy (1998) and is a registered accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) since 1992. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Hull (United Kingdom).
Working Experience
Mr. Yuen is presently a Director of Kurnia Insurans (M) Bhd and also a director in a local financial consulting firm.
In 1994, Mr. Yuen joined the Kuala Lumput Stock Exchange (KLSE) as its Accountant and was involved in the management of the accounting and finance functions. Prior to that, Mr. Yuen held various positions in the commercial banking sector with Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd (now known as HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad).
