He joined Messrs Lee Hishammuddin in 1996 as Pupil in Chambers and as Legal Assistant in year 1997. He worked in Malaysian Exchange of Securities Dealing & Automated Quotation Bhd (MESDAQ) in year 1997 to 1999 as an Executive, Legal and Intrermediary services. He was the Senior Executive, Marketing Services of Maxis Communications Bhd from year 1999 to 2000;
From 2000 to 2003, he was Managing / Investment Director of Banyan Ventures Sdn. Bhd. and headed the Legal / Strategy unit of Banyan Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (a regional venture capital company in partnership with T-Venture [corporate venture capital arm of Deutsche Telecom, Germany] based in Kuala Lumpur)
From 2003 to 2005, he was a senior manager in Malaysian Venture Capital Management Berhad (MAVCAP) and was promoted to Vice President (Investments) and Voting Member of Investment Committee from 2005 to 2006.
From 2007 to 2008, he was entreprenuer being involved in several international businesses in the ICT sector including managed software application services, wireless products and services, predictive maintenance solutions, creative multimedia and also other sectors such as property development, all spanning across various countries including Australia, China and Vietnam and providing corporate advisory services. Currently he is an Executive Director in a total outsourcing service company, providing total tyre management services to transportation and mining sectors.
