He was appointed as the Managing Director of Brightyield Sdn. Bhd. in 1991 and has extensive experience in the manufacturing of cast iron products. He also involved in the promotion, marketing, research and development of T.H. Hin Group. From 1989 to 1991, he was the Managing Director of Taung Liang Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. which is principally involved in the manufacturing of cast iron products. He was also the Managing Director of Giaking Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. from 1987 to 1989, a company principally involved in manufacturing of gas cooker products. From 1972 to 1976, he was a Theatre Manager of Cathay Organisation (M) Sdn. Bhd., a company principally involved in production of movies. He joined Milux Corporation Berhad (Formerly known as T.H. Hin Corporation Berhad) in 1997 as a Marketing Executive and is responsible for promoting the sales of household appliances throughout Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia. He also sits on the Board of several private limited companies.

Mr. Lim Kooi How is the brother of Dato' Lim Kooi Chiew and Mr. Lim Kooi Ting, who are the Directors of the Company. Dato' Lim Kooi Chiew is also a substanltial shareholder of the Company.
