Formerly a senior partner of Andersen Worldwide Societe Cooperative, Switzerland. He was also the Asia Pacific Managing Partner of Business Consulting from 1994 to 1998, Asean Managing Partner of Business Consulting from 1999 to 2001, as well as Managing Director of Business Consulting Malaysia from 1995 to 2002. He was a member of Andersen Worldwide Board Nominating Committee from 1997 to 1998 and Chairman of the Advisory Council to the Andersen Worldwide Chief Executive Officer from 1997 to 1998. He was a member of the National Economic Consultative Group in 2000 in his role as Chairman of the Malaysian Bureau of Consultants.

Currently, he is member of the Franchise Advisory Board and a Council Member of Professional Services Development Corporation Sdn Bhd. He has in total 24 years of management and technology consulting experience covering public sector privatization and policy studies, private enterprise transformation, technology implementation and change management for Government, multi-national companies, listed and private enterprises.
