Mr Chow has accumulated more than 19 years experience in the investment banking industry and has extensive experience structuring and managing acquisitions, fund raising, take-over transactions, restructuring transactions and flotations. He had served a number of merchant and investment banks in various senior capacities. He was General Manager in RHB Sakura Merchant Bankers Berhad (now known as RHB Investment Bank Berhad), Senior Vice President in Alliance Investment Bank Berhad and Head of Corporate Finance in Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad. Mr Chow also has 3 years experience in legal practice in the area of corporate, commercial and banking law.
