Mr Yong Kian Keong joined IFCA Software (Asia) Sdn. Bhd. in 1990 and has been actively involved in its business operations. In 1997, he assumed the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer following the restructuring and listing excercise, which resulted in the transfer of IFCA Software (Asia) Sdn. Bhd.'s business to IFCA MSC Berhad. He was instrumental in assisting the Group in achieving its current customer base and market share. He also played a major role in developing the overseas markets and business partner program for the group. The redesignation exercise to Group Managing Director is to better reflect his current positions, duties and responsibilities in the Group.

Direct Interest 3,255,810 units (1.18%), Deemed interest held by his brother Yong Keang Cheun 6,620,930 units (2.40%) and deemed interest by virtual of his 31.58% interest on IFCA Software (Asia) Sdn. Bhd. holding 176,904,762 units (64.05%)
