She was the Head of Finance and Administration Department following her promotion as Senior Manager in 2004 and to General Manager in 2006. Prior to joining TPM, she was Senior Investment Analyst at Permodalan Nasional Berhad, which she joined as Investment Analyst in 1991 and was a production engineer with Sankyo Seiki (M) Sdn. Bhd. from 1989 to 1991.
