Ms. Lim joined Crowe Horwath as an auditor in 2007. During her tenure in audit, she was in charge of auditing public listed companies, private limited companies and foreign entities from a wide range of industries. She also led special assignments such as reporting accountants work in initial public offerings (IPO) and financial due diligence reviews.

Ms. Lim progressed on to become a finance manager in a public listed company in 2012 and left in 2016.

Currently, she is a director of a private limited company which carry on the business of licensed money lender approved by the ministry of Housing & Local Government under the Money Lenders Act 1951. She oversees the operation and financial aspects of the company. She has also provided consultations acting as advisor to various companies in different industries.
