Mr. Yeo has more than 10 years of experience in banking and financial services industry. He began his career as a Fund Specialist in Royal Bank Canada (RBC), primarily involved in diversified derivatives, financial modelling and fund performance projection.

He furthered his career with the AmBank Group as a Risk Model Specialist for corporate risks assessment. He was responsible to assess and build model concepts, evaluate model assumptions, perform result-oriented analysis and review model governance and control processes.

Building on his risk modelling knowledge, Mr. Yeo has ventured into understanding consumer needs and market demands by joining OCBC Bank where his primary responsibility was to manage risk portfolios. He spearheaded the development of risk analytics around credit policy framework, risk distribution and bank performance benchmarks to facilitate optimisation of risk/reward equations for the bank. In addition, he was also in charge of risks mitigation whilst seeking opportunities within portfolios, initiating cross-selling programmes and new product rollouts to increase revenue opportunities and profitability of the business within the Bank's risk appetite.

In 2016, Mr. Yeo joined ACE Group which has a diversified range of business covering banking and finance, capital management, property development, IT and media, as its Group Investment Director. With his strong visionary leadership and strategic business acumen, Mr. Yeo acts as the key driver for ACE Group on all corporate investment matters which ranges from evaluating mergers and acquisitions, potential joint ventures, restructuring of public listed companies, as well as building new businesses in the area of technology such as digital media and cyber security. Mr. Yeo is also ACE Group's appointed responsible person for its Venture Capital Management Corporations (VCMC) registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia.
