He graduated from MARA University of Technology majoring in Business Studies. He is also the Corporate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Marketing.

He started his career in 1990 as an Assistant Deputy Registrar for Kota Setar District and Land Department (PTD Kota Setar). During his service with PTD Kota Setar he was posted to Land Acqusition Department where he gained experience and knowledge in land issues and dealing with Public at large. Later in 1994 he was promoted to State Land Office (PTG) and was posted to Land Registration Department.

He left Government service in 1998 to concentrate on the business soon after he got the opportunity to enhance his capabilities and business knowledge; and through networking he established with many of his clients.

He is The Chief Executive Officer/Executive Chairman of Mega Intervest Sdn Bhd a Reputable Bumiputera Building and Civil Class A Contractor in the country for Government Projects especially from JKR, Jabatan Perumahan Negara, Syarikat Perumahan Negara and MINDEF.

He also sits as Chairman and Director in a few Government related companies especially in Kedah such as Darul Aman Golf and Resort Berhad, HMS Oil and Gas Sdn Bhd, Progressive Dynamic Sdn Bhd and Konsortium Waza Maju Holdings Sdn Bhd. His experiences have made him an important figure to the companies in building up the rapport to prospective clients.
