Datuk Lee founded advertising agency, Naga InterClio Sdn Bhd in 1985. Within four years, successfully lead the agency into international integration with DDB Worldwide, resulting in the creation of Naga DDB. Under his leadership, Naga DDB has a strong list of commendable achievements such as securing the client account of National Panasonic Sdn Bhd and maintained it until this present day, initiated "Dont Drink and Drive" campaign for the Road and Transport Minister, won the most Kancil Awards as well as winning the inaugural Powersuit Awards. Naga DDB's many achievements had led it to become one of the largest and most awarded advertising agencies in Malaysia.
In 2003, Datuk Lee was appointed as a member of the Board of Asia Operating Committee of DDB Worldwide, in which his key responsibility is the strengthening of the business growth of DDB Worlwide within the Asian region. Datuk Lee is also the current president of the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies of Malaysia.
At present, Datuk Lee, is the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Naga DDB whereby, his primary responsibilities are those of managing the day-to-day business of Naga DDB and offering stewardship in achieving the company's vision in all projects.
