Mr Yeoh graduated from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia in 1992 with Bachelor of Economics (majoring in Accountancy) and Bachelor of Laws. He started his career as a lawyer in 1992 and subsequently became a partner of his legal firm which he co-founded in 1994, specializing in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions until 2001 when he gave up his legal practice in order to pursue investment opportunities in properties and companies with high growth potential. In the past 12 years, he has actively invested in companies in need of capital injection. He currently serves as a non-executive director in Scan Associates Berhad and XOX Berhad.
