Working Experience
Mr. Oh Teik Chay pursued his diploma in Inti College Malaysia and undergraduate studies at Strathclyde University, Glasgow and graduated with Bachelor of Arts (major in Accounting & Finance) in 1995. He started his ICAEW internship with Robert Teo, Kuan & Co. in 1996 and subsequently appointed as Finance Manager to TSG Group of Companies in 2000. He sits on board in several private companies in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia from 2003 onwards when he left TSG as Group General Manager.

He has experienced in cross border mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and recovery, banking, structured and project finance as well as many cross border contract negotiations. He is currently executive director of Energy Power Technology Limited, a cross border consultancy firm which he co-founded in 2004 in Hong Kong.
