The Project assignment of MSCTC is to evaluate the Ministry of Education ICT initiatives (Smart Schools, Computer Labs, Teaching and Learning of Mathematics and Science in English, School-Net, and Media Technology) implemented in the Malaysian schools and other education institutions; and ultimately, to recommend an ICT Strategic Plan for implementation by the MOE in the 9th Malaysia Plan.
