Mr Leong Yew Cheong is the current Managing Director of the Company and was appointed to the Board on 26 October 2010. 

He brings with him approximately forty (40) years of experience in the boiler manufacturing industry and has strong business contacts with customers operating in the palm oil industry and other end-user industries, as well as suppliers of spare parts and boiler components. Mr Leong is presently responsible for overseeing the overall operations of Boilermech Group with emphasis on strategic business planning and development. He is also leading the traditional biomass and industrial boiler business segment as well as client relationship and management.

He began his career in 1980 as a project engineer and was responsible for the designing, installation and commissioning of boilers. He had held various positions including Operations Manager, General Manager and Executive Director during his tenure with his former company.
